1. The first step will be to search for the product or products you need. To do this, you can either write their name in the search engine that you will find at the top of the page, or go to the products section, also at the top, and access our catalog where you will have all the products organized into categories.
  2. When you have selected your product, click on “Add to cart”
  3. A pop-up window will open in which you will find two different options: “Finish purchase” and “View cart”. Press “Finish purchase” if you have finished adding all the products you need and want to access the payment. You will be directed to the verification page where you can fill in the billing and shipping details and choose the payment method. On the contrary, press “View cart” if you want to review your order. There you can choose between “Finish purchase” or “Continue shopping”. If you want to continue shopping, help yourself, as we have indicated in point 1, of the SEARCH ENGINE or the PRODUCTS section, which you will find at the top of the page.
  4. On the verification page, once you have filled in all your information, click on “Place the order“. You will need to check your SMS or your bank’s app to accept the payment.
  5. You are done! You will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase to the email address you have provided us. For any questions, access our Contact Form.

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or PayPal.

Keep in mind that if you choose “Bank Transfer” or “PayPal” as the payment method, you must indicate the Order Number in the order form. In the case of the “Bank transfer”, the order will not be issued until the payment is received in the bank.

If you have problems when making the payment, make sure that they are not caused by the limit that the credit card may have, by its expiration date or by lack of confirmation of payment through an SMS or the App of your bank. If none of these aspects are related to the error and you cannot make the payment by any other method, do not hesitate to contact us through our Contact Form.

To know the guarantee of a product, go to products or to the search engine that you will find at the top, look for your product and click on it. At the end of the individual product page you will find a web link called “Product Manual and more information” that will take you to a new page where you will have the product manual with its guarantee and other information that may be useful to you.

If upon receipt of the product, it presents any damage, you have 14 calendar days to process the exchange of your product for a new one. If the product does not work properly after 14 days from its purchase, contact us through our Contact Form to assess how we can help you from our After-Sales Service.

Yes, we are the official TAS of Blueshape in Spain and we provide repair services locally, or we manage the sending of the equipment to the factory repair service in case of complex breakdowns.
